In 2013 SportsCare and Physiotherapy will be running information sessions for women who are keen to stay fit and healthy during their pregnacy and post-natal recovery. We have two physiotherapists that have a special interest in Women’s health and are experienced in advising and treatingwomen through pregnancy and after the birth of their child.
The sessions are designed to give you expert advise on how to be proactive and best look after you and your baby during this important stage of life. The sessions in this three part program include:
- Active Pregnancy (0-25 weeks gestation) Sat 31st August 2013
- Active Birth (26-42 weeks gestation) November 2013
- Active Recovery (post-natal check up) December 2013
