Dominik is enthusiastic across a variety of sporting codes and actively engages in swimming and AFL as part of his coaching endeavors. He has acquired valuable knowledge and skills to safely prescribe exercise to improve athletic performance, manage injuries and optimise an individual’s quality of life.
Dominik views exercise as an effective tool in treating clients holistically to help sustain a healthy lifestyle and achieve personal goals.
