Sophie, originally from country NSW, relocated to Canberra for university. Her goal is to offer education and support, empowering clients to achieve their best potential in both daily life and sporting pursuits.
With a longstanding passion for soccer, Sophie actively engaged in the 2022 season by contributing to game day injury management with a Canberra NPL team. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the local culinary scene, seeking out hidden gems among Canberra’s restaurants.
