After growing up in the ACT and studying at Wollongong University and University of Sydney, he has found the Canberra ‘Family Friendly’ lifestyle too magnetic to resist. SportsCare has been his favourite place to work over the last 10+ years, enjoying the fantastic team, and awesome clientele that it brings.

Meet Gareth
He loves meeting and treating the person behind the injury and the challenge of finding the balanced solution to meet their needs. With a special interest in the impact of the office lifestyle on the ‘Canberra Athlete’ and ‘Weekend Warrior’ unique to our region.
With his lovely Physio wife Louise, a high achieving DragonBoat National representative and SportsCare Physiotherapy Physiotherapist, Gareth has learnt to understand unique demands of the work and the sacrifices required to achieve at the international level, while balancing a career and family.
Gareth and Louise are very proud of their 2 toddlers and appreciate the challenges that a career and family presents to the recovery of an injury, and achievement of personal fitness goals.
