Senior Physiotherapist Dickson
Sportscare Dickson are expanding in the near future, we have a full time or part time Senior Physiotherapist position available to join our awesome team!

Hand Therapist (experienced Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist)
At The Hand Clinic by SportsCare Canberra, treating hands is our passion and we love what we do. Our team have been taking care of Canberra hands for 14 years, and during that time we’ve helped thousands of people get back to doing what they love after a hand injury, surgery or condition.
We are looking for a senior hand therapist or a senior physiotherapist or occupational therapist with some post graduate experience looking to advance their career in this field.
The successful candidate will be looking to add value to their physiotherapy/occupational therapy career through ongoing learning and development and will strive for their personal best in all situations.
The role would also involve participating in our hand therapy group, supporting other members of the team and sharing in skills and knowledge.
There is flexibility of hours, locations and days in this role. The Hand Clinics are located in the Barton (Parliamentary Triangle) and our brand-new clinic in Mawson. Both Barton and Mawson clinics have state of the art treatment rooms, fully equipped hand therapy rooms and a central gym space for strength and conditioning rehab and including a central treatment area for group-based treatment.
The opening clinic hours at the clinics are:
- Monday to Friday – 7:30am to 6:00pm
- Saturday – 8:00am to 12:00noon
Our regular professional staff development includes a paid bi-monthly two-hour seminar for all therapy staff. We invest in high quality weekly/fortnightly mentoring sessions with a variety of the senior therapists in addition to our ‘on the job’ induction and documented clinical protocols.

Senior Administration/Reception Mixed Role, Mawson Clinic
SportsCare Mawson has a permanent part time senior administration role available. Our Mawson clinic is establishing a new site and is seeking a professional who will be involved in growing our services and team and to assist in marketing.
To be successful in the role, you will require:
- exceptional customer service skills
- a positive and motivating attitude
- high level of proficient computer literacy
- ability to prioritise ongoing tasks and meet deadlines
- ability to actively listen and confidently communicate with stakeholders
- ability to take initiative
- previous experience in a similar role and/or formal qualifications in Business/Administration
- a desire to commit to the ongoing improvement of the workplace

SportsCare accepts student placements from the University of Canberra throughout the year and provides high-value learning opportunities with qualified and experienced professionals.
