Sara has made it safely back to us at SportsCare in one piece! Sara battled Chinese Taipei in the quarterfinal to no availe. This stiff competition ended up taking gold in the final and Sara felt priviledged to fight her. Sara was also injured two weeks out to the competition and was happy to be able to compete at all. Sara had a great experience hanging out with olympic level athletes from multiple sports and nationally recognised sports medical staff.
Sara now plans to train hard for the upcoming Nationals in a few weeks where she will be competing and coordinating the medical team at the AIS on the 8th – 11th September. Congratulations to Sara on her achievement and we wish her good luck for her upcoming competition.
