Sara is the new national Taekwondo female middle-weight champion and she did it all without kicking anyone in the head! Fearful of Sara’s fists of fury her 3 competitors dropped before her steely gaze, the last, pulling out minutes before walking out onto the court, letting Sara take the gold. This ends Sara’s year of competition with other sporting highlights including competing in China against some of the world’s best and coming 2nd in selections for Olympic qualifiers. Congratulations to Sara for her Taekwondo achievements this year.
