Kylie Janssens went away with the ACT 16’s Rugby Union team last week to the National Championships at Riverview Sydney. The ACT clinched fourth spot on Friday after going down to Queensland White, 34-14. They flew through the qualifying rounds with wins over the Melbourne Rebels and Sydney and a gutsy loss to Queensland Red. The team showed excellent defence and great momentum in attack to secure ACT the best placing at the nationals since 2003.
