The Running Lab Spring Edition
The Running Lab is SportsCare and Physiotherapy’s running technique development programme
We use video analysis, running drills, running strengthening exercises and interval training to improve running technique and performance. All standards of runners are welcome as the programme can modified to suit and that is really requires is a desire to improve. You can do all ten sessions or just come casually. We will be aiming to improve a timed 2km run over the 10 weeks and will finish the programme with a Park Run.
Fridays 6.30AM-7.30AM
