HIIT Pilates

HIIT Pilates mixes High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Pilates.  HIIT involves performing short bursts of exercises which work the entire body and get the heart rate up.  HIIT Pilates combines HIIT exercises alternating with Pilate focused exercises.  These classes are dynamic and energetic, they will get your heart pumping, while toning your core, glutes and arms.
