SportsCare and Physiotherapy are pleased to announce that we have officially acquired the existing physiotherapy business, Hands-On Physiotherapy.
Located in the suburb of Mawson in Canberra’s south, Hands-On Physiotherapy has been in operation for over 20 years, having been established in 2000, and provides high quality hand and musculoskeletal services to the Canberra community.
This is an opportunity for SportsCare to continue the legacy that has been built over the last 20 years at Hands-On and it is a real privilege to work with a professional team. This is a big move for us, and Hands-On clinic will be a welcomed addition to our six existing clinics.
The team from Hands-On will continue to provide the friendly service they are renowned for. Key SportsCare Partner, Louise Roantree, is no stranger to Hands-On Physiotherapy. Working as a Hand Therapist from 2008-2010, Louise is looking forward to joining the Hands-On clinical team once more and exploring new opportunities for growth and community engagement. Louise is joined by a team of seven clinicians, including a clinical team of Physiotherapists, an Occupational Therapist, and Accredited Hand Therapists that are supported by administrative staff.
The services of physiotherapy and hand therapy will continue to be provided Monday to Friday, and we look forward to evolving the practice and working with our valued clients and referrers.
You might start seeing some minor changes to the Hands-On Physiotherapy clinic over the next few months, but you will still receive the same excellent service and care from staff.
