GLA:D (Good Life with osteoArthritis): This world-renowned, evidence-based program helps individuals with hip and knee osteoarthritis manage pain and improve strength. Developed in Denmark, GLA:D offers a combination of education and exercise designed to ease symptoms and enhance quality of life.

Osteoporosis: Our specialised classes for osteoporotic patients focus on improving movement, building strength, and enhancing bone health.

In late 2024, SportsCare made an exciting move to a brand-new clinic in the heart of Dickson. After years of being split across two locations – Cowper Street and Woolley Street – we’ve now merged into a larger space at units 1 & 2, 30-42 Dickson Place, Dickson. This expanded clinic not only houses the same exceptional team you know and trust but also features a spacious gym with some great new equipment.
