We offer three levels of packages with an Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist to suit your needs including rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, physiotherapy and in-depth testing of strength, biomechanics and field-based assessments using the latest technology to help you achieve your goals.
Gold
The gold standard recommended for those who want the best outcome with comprehensive rehabilitation.
The Gold package includes:
- 4 x testing sessions throughout your rehabilitation journey using the latest technology to ensure accurate results to help guide your rehabilitation and make informed decision regarding return to activity.
- VALD performance Force Decks
- VALD performance Force Frames
- Dynamometry
- STT Systems 3D Motion Analysis
- Functional in clinic testing
- Field based Agility and fitness testing
- Sports Specific Testing including comprehensive final return to Sport testing
- 7 x 1 on 1 Strength and Conditioning sessions in clinic with a program provided to complete at the gym of your choice
- 10 x Basic knee stability classes to establish correct technique and help you gain the initial control and strength in your knee to be confident to progress through your strength program
- 10 x Intermediate Knee strength classes to progress your strength towards change of direction and plyometric movements
- 10 x change of direction classes – on field classes progressing through 5 levels to develop and refine the skills needed to return to run and play sport
- VIP discounted physiotherapy sessions throughout your rehabilitation Journey
Silver
Ideal if classes aren’t your thing or you are time poor.

If you are completing your rehabilitation elsewhere and just want to check that you are on track. We can pass the results onto your physiotherapist and Surgeon to help guide you.
