At SportsCare Dickson we have an experienced multidisciplinary team to provide the comprehensive care that you need.

 

 

 

We have Sports Doctor or Sports and Exercise Physician services available four days per week.

Meet Steve and Katherine

Dr Steve Freeman (Sports Doctor)

Steve has many years of experience in multidisciplinary sports medicine centres, working alongside many excellent orthopaedic surgeons, Sports and Exercise Physicians and ran sports Medicine clinics at The Kings School, Parramatta.

In addition Steve has had roles with numerous sporting organisations and across a wide range of sports (including 3 years with an NRL team), he has had extensive involvement in rugby union – holding several positions in both NSW Rugby and the Australian Rugby Union.

Appointments with a sports Doctor do not require a GP referral to claim the medicare rebate for a Sports Doctor.

Dr Katherine Grellman (Sports and Exercise Physician)

Katherine is a Sports and Exercise Medicine Physician who has returned to Australia after living and working in New Zealand for 2 years.
Katherine consults on all musculoskeletal injuries, encompassing both acute and chronic overuse injuries, as well as medical conditions pertaining to sport. She has a particular interest in both Relative Energy Deficiency and concussion. She has a breadth of experience and is interested in helping all patients, from young to old and elite to weekend warrior, achieve their health and performance goals.
