Amy Betts

Amy Betts is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who graduated from the University of Canberra in 2017 with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation.

Meet Amy

Her background is in neurological rehabilitation, with a special interest in working with children with autism and global developmental delay. She has significant experience in gross motor development and skill acquisition, working across gym, pool, and play settings.

In addition to this, Amy has a vested interest in disability inclusion in mainstream sports. She is currently working to facilitate disability inclusion in various sporting clubs across Canberra including but not limited to triathlon, athletics, and cycling through use of adaptive technology and inclusive coaching.

Amy is an accredited Foundation Triathlon Coaching and a Level 1 Athletics Coach. In her spare time, she trains and competes in cycling and triathlon events of varying distances.
