Cath Riddel

Cath graduated from The University of Queensland in 1996. She developed her interest in the specialist field of Hand Therapy whilst working at Ipswich General Hospital between 1997 and 1999. She worked in both hospital and private practice settings before moving to Hands-On Physiotherapy in 2007. Following the merger of Hands-On with SportsCare in 2021, Cath continued in her role as a senior hand therapist, providing ongoing valued support to clients and the wider SportsCare team.

Meet Cath

Cath enjoys helping patients to rehabilitate from all sorts of hand injuries and surgeries. She has a particular interest in managing Complex Regional Pain Syndrome and various repetitive strain or occupational overuse syndromes. Cath is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.

When Cath isn’t at work, she’s planning her next travel adventure or bush walk. As a keen photographer, she enjoys capturing all the imagery and sharing her experiences with colleagues and friends.
