Senior Exercise Physiologist
Meet Michelle
Michelle has always lived an active lifestyle and is passionate about encouraging others to recognise the importance of physical activity for their health and wellbeing. Having spent over a decade racing as both an amateur and professional triathlete, her sporting career led her to a strong interest in injury management and rehabilitation.
Michelle graduated from the University of Canberra in 2018 with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation. As an exercise physiologist for over six years, she has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, helping them overcome physical and psychological challenges and manage medical conditions through effective, evidence-based and client-centred exercise programs that support a return to sport, health and vitality.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys running, cycling and walking her dog, along with strength and gym work, going out for coffee and cooking.
