He has previously been a competitive runner and has extensive experience with running programming, injuries and technique modification. He is very keen to get runners into a strength environment to minimise injury risk and increase running efficiency.
Over the past 3 years Sam has been working with the Canberra Demons to provide assistance with rehabilitation and S&C. This has included injury prevention, rehabilitation and gym programing.
Sam is passionate about providing education around lifting programming, mechanics and technique modification, and how this is vital for injury prevention and longevity in a sporting environment.
