Meet Tandia

Tandia is an accredited Exercise Physiologist, graduating in 2024 with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation from the University of Canberra. During her studies, she gained diverse experience through placements in clinical rehabilitation settings, including hospital-based programs and with ACTAS, where she supported athletes in high-performance environments.

With a background in competitive sports, Tandia has a strong appreciation for the role exercise plays in enhancing quality of life and inspiring a love for movement. She is dedicated to delivering tailored exercise interventions that address everyone’s unique needs—whether it’s recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or optimising performance.

Outside of work, you’ll find Tandia in the gym, enjoying walks and coffee with friends, or watching her favourite sports.
